I have 25 years’ experience as a natural health practitioner/therapist and natural health educator. My many years of practise and teaching have given me a versatility and wide range of skills that I utilise in my clinical practice
I commenced my journey into natural health in 2000, after experiencing the benefits of Ayurvedic medicine during my travels to India. I subsequently qualified as a sports massage therapist in London the following year then set up a successful clinic in Chelsea prior to relocating to Sydney in 2004, where I worked at the highly-regarded Buddha Bar Healing Clinic whilst also teaching massage and anatomy at Laureate University.
During this time, I undertook advanced training for another 5 years in advanced remedial massage, myofascial release, naturopathy, nutritional therapy, Western herbal medicine and homeopathy.
Treatments at my Wirksworth clinic are tailored to individual requirements – whether it be a gentle, nurturing approach for clients recovering from illness or surgery or a more robust, clinical one for sports people and athletes. Treatment programmes and packages are available, or you may prefer to try a one-off treatment as a special treat or to address an acute, specific problem.
My bodywork treatments are aimed at stress-relief, relieving pain and discomfort, rehabilitation from injury, injury prevention, optimising sports performance and more.
My nutritional therapy and naturopathy treatments are able to address a wide range of conditions but I specialise in fibromyalgia, joint and muscle pain, and gut health.

I am member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), the largest and leading professional association for therapists in the UK and Ireland.
As a current member, I am fully insured and continue to update my knowledge and skills through continuing professional education by attending industry seminars and workshops.
With more than 23 years in the field as a natural health practitioner and several years as a lecturer in massage, you are guaranteed to receive the professionalism and expert personalised treatment you deserve.
I am a fully qualified multi-disciplinary practitioner, a registered nutritional therapist and herbalist and a registered full member of the FHT. I attend regular workshops and online seminars to update my skills and knowledge
The clinic is easily accessible via public transportation or by car. We do not have disabled access as there are 2 flights of stiars.

CANCELLATION POLICY
48 hours' notice of cancellation is required. Clients who miss appointments without adequate notice are requested to pay a 100% cancellation fee. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
